Designed by Hede Architects, this highly detailed coastal project sits on a compact 300m² block and showcases a thoughtfully considered architectural response. The curved, oval-shaped building is wrapped in a custom external cladding profile by Eco Outdoor, creating a striking yet natural finish that integrates beautifully into the coastal context. The material palette features charred ironbark cladding externally paired with rich red ironbark detailing internally, creating warmth and texture throughout. Inside, polished concrete floors ground the space, while a carefully planned layout maximises natural light and function. A highlight of the home is the rooftop entertaining deck, capturing elevated views and enhancing liveability on a compact site. The result is a refined, performance-driven coastal retreat, balancing architectural ambition with considered design.
