This highly detailed project in the heart of Albert Park was delivered on an exceptionally tight site measuring just 5 metres wide, presenting significant construction and access challenges. Designed by Jessica Clarke Architects with interiors by Kestie Lane, the project involved precise planning and coordination to achieve a sophisticated architectural outcome within the limited footprint. Alterations and additions reconfigured the existing dwelling to maximise natural light and functionality while incorporating premium finishes, bespoke joinery and layered textures throughout. Despite the constraints, the result is a meticulously crafted residence that demonstrates North’s capability to deliver complex, design-driven projects on challenging inner-city sites without compromise to quality or performance.
