A mid-century inspired residence, this project is one of North’s favourite builds — a creative transformation that balances timeless design with modern family living. Designed by Ari Alexander Architect with interiors by Studio Doherty, the brief called for preserving the mid-century character of the home while adapting it to suit a growing family of five. The scope included the repositioning of the swimming pool, the addition of a pool house and gym and a carefully resolved floor plan that maximises natural light and functionality. The result is a stunning architectural masterpiece that stays true to its original aesthetic while seamlessly integrating contemporary elements, refined detailing and premium finishes.
