The apartment and town house designs are integrated around a private landscaped pool setting conceived by Jack Merlo Design.

The casual living spaces lead to generous terraces and bedrooms share views to the garden courtyards. The masonry facades and contrasting dark timber detailing compliment the earth tones of the dark and light interiors palette on offer. One, two and three bedroom apartments are designed over three undulating storeys, with a basement level providing secure underground parking for residents.
